What are your delivery costs and timeline?
All orders include a tracking number with no exception. Please allow 2 to 4 days before your order is posted. In case of express shipping, we will do our best to post your package within 24h. Kindly note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns + Refunds
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return them to us within 28 days. The item shall be returned unworn and unused, in its full original packaging. You will also need to include a print copy of your electronic receipt with your package.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we do not yet cover shipping costs for returns and exchanges. You remain responsible for the parcel and liable for all fees incurred throughout the return process, therefore please keep proof of shipment. This is important as Orzura will not be responsible for any itemslost in the mail.
Are there any exceptions?
For hygiene reasons, earrings will not be accepted for returns and refunds. Should you earring present signs of defects, please contact us for an
exchange.
Sales items, promotions and gift cards constitute final sale.
When will I get refunded?
Please allow up to 72h for your return request to be approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@orzura.com.
Jewellery love
Are my jewellery guaranteed?
Of course! We want to build a long-term relationship with you and make sure you remain happy with your pieces.
All your jewellery are protected against any fabrication default from the date of your purchase. All you need to do is send us an e-mail to info@orzura.com with a picture and details of the incident so we can take a closer look.
If approved, you can send us back the jewellery in its original packaging. Also make sure to include a printed receipt to prove the items was purchased within the last year.
We will issue you with a store credit to give you the flexibility to either re-purchase it or fall in love with another piece.
However, please note that tear and wear; damages due to poor care or caused by mishandling is not eligible for refund/replacement under our warranty.
What is my ring size?
For best result, measure your finger directly or compare to a ring that already fits perfect.

Caring for my loved pieces
Although Gold Vermeil is the closest option you get to real gold, poor treatment can lead to tarnishing. Your pieces require love, care and attention to live with you everyday. The guide below should help you provide that love. ♡
- Water: Always take of your jewellery before showering,
bathing or exercising as water will weaken the gold. - Chemicals: Avoid spraying perfume or applying lotion directly on your jewellery. Trust us, they don’t need it.
- Storage: We recommend you store your pieces in cool and dry place when not wearing them. Their boxes or the pouch they come with is perfect for that.
- Pearls and gems: Pay extra attention when wearing stones – avoid contact with water and when travelling make sure you store them in their original box or pouch. To clean your stones, mix water and a small amount of soap and wipe them with a damp tissue.
Finally, we know you want to keep your jewelry close to heart at all time … however, we recommend you take them off before going to bed.
