Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your items, you may return them to us within 28 days. The item shall be returned unworn and unused, in its full original packaging. You will also need to include a printed copy of your electronic receipt with your package.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we do not yet cover shipping costs for returns and exchanges. You remain responsible for the parcel and liable for all fees incurred throughout the return process, therefore please keep proof of shipment. This is important as Orzura will not be responsible for any items lost in the mail.

Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, earrings will not be accepted for returns and refunds. Should you earring present signs of defects, please contact us for an exchange. Sales items, promotions and gift cards constitute final sale.
Process
Please allow up to 72h for your return request to be approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
