Warranty
All our jewellery are guaranteed against any manufacturing default from the date of your purchase. All you need to do is send us an e-mail to info@orzura.com with a picture and details of the incident so we can take a closer look.
If approved, you can send us back the jewellery in its original packaging. Make sure to include a printed receipt to prove the items was purchased within the last year.
Once received and examined, we will issue you with a store credit to give you the flexibility to either re-purchase the item or go for another piece.
